DOSAGE:

For Acute / severe Pain:

Adults:  10 Drops in a spoon of water, 4 times a day until symptoms subside

Children (Below 10 years): 5 Drops in a spoon of water, 4 times a day until symptoms subside

1.Sit upright, close your eyes, and begin with a few short-Focused breaths

2.Put your index fingers on the cartilage between your cheek and ear

3.Take a deep breath through your nose for three seconds and then slowly exhale through your nose and make a humming noise like a bee, while gently pressing on your ear cartilage.
