EXERCISES TO TREAT AND PREVENT SNORING

1.Speak out each vowel (A, E, I, O, U) loudly for three minutes, a few times a day

2.With your mouth open, move your jaw to the right hold for 30 seconds and repeat the same for the left side

3.For a more exciting exercise, spend time singing (singing can increase muscle control in the throat and soft palate reducing snoring caused by LAX muscles)
